National Plumbing Dispatch is a directory and referral service. We connect you with independent contractors. We do not employ these contractors, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or pricing of their work. The contract for services is strictly between you and the provider.

2. Liability Limitations

By using this service, you agree that National Plumbing Dispatch is not liable for any damages, disputes, property damage, or claims arising from the work performed by the independent contractor. We make no warranties regarding the specific skills or availability of any contractor.

3. Emergency Services

While we strive for rapid dispatch, response times are subject to traffic, weather, and contractor availability. We do not guarantee specific arrival times. In life-threatening situations (e.g., massive gas leaks), please contact emergency services (911).

4. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information regarding the nature of your emergency and your location. Misuse of the dispatch system, including prank calls or harassment of contractors, may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Plumbing Dispatch and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of our directory service.
